Technical Issues
What does the "canceled" status on my order mean?
There might be various reasons for your order's "canceled" status.
The payment gateway refused the transaction. Unfortunately, your order will not be fulfilled. In this situation, the payment processor must refund the funds within a few business days.
The order is placed on "hold" if it was canceled at your request or if we did not get a response from you. In such a case, you either already have the money or will get it via the original payment method you used to place the transaction.

Will you deliver me a physical box once I place my order?
Gametraderhub only sends digital keys. All digital items (games and software) may be located on the Games tab to help you find them. All digital products are sent to your Gametraderhub account's Purchases area within minutes.
What should I do if the game I received differs from what I expected?

Can the Seller's details be kept private?
According to the law, the buyer's invoice must include the Seller's details for proper accounting. The guidelines stipulate what information must be provided, including the Seller's name, legal form, tax identity numbers, address, and country. The document is only valid with this information.
