We regularly review our Privacy Policy; occasionally, we could add, remove, or update something. We will notify you if there are any significant changes to our Privacy Policy by contacting you with the information you have provided. We will also allow you to decline the modifications if required by law using the methods we will notify you of at the time. Otherwise, your continuing use of the GameTraderHub Website, any of our products or services, or your continuous business dealings with us shall be construed as your acceptance and consent to this Privacy Policy, as it may be updated from time to time. It applies to any personal information you give us, whether it comes from the GameTraderHub Website or not.

Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing 

The following causes may lead to the collection of your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, date of birth, login name, payment instrument and transaction information, and any other unique identifiers linked to you: 

  • to manage your account regarding such products and services and to carry out your transactions,  and registrations for our products and services per the agreements you have with us. - executing and upholding a contract; 
  • to finish your memberships, purchases, and registrations for third-party products and services - executing and upholding a contract;

  • in order to uphold both our own and our employees' rights.

Periodically, we might also receive personal data from sources apart from the data subject, including when we employ AML to find beneficial owners or when you give us the personal data of others. If there is a discrepancy or contradiction between the English and translated versions of this Privacy Policy after it has been translated into another language, the English version shall control.
